Reciting Kaddish is an obligation that falls on the mourners of the immediate family (parent, sibling, or child) of the deceased. If, however, the mourner is unable to recite Kaddish, it is preferable to pay someone to say Kaddish for the deceased. If you are interested in having a proxy (the Conservative Yeshiva Minyan) recite Kaddish for your loved one, please complete this form.
Please note that there are times during the year when the Conservative Yeshiva Minyan does not meet and you will be offered an alternate date. Your donation goes towards a scholarship fund for needy Conservative Yeshiva students.
